New Delhi: DEC-20, On Wednesday, BJP MP Hema Malini recited a dialogue from an Indian film to say that Amit Shah’s actions reflect his words and that he is indeed dedicated to justice and welfare.
Reborn star Hema Malini takes on this motto, reciting a famous dialogue from the Akshay Kumar movie Rowdy Rathore: ” Amit Shah ji jo kehte hain woh karte hain lekin joh nahi kehte hai zaroor karte hein.
Last week, Union Home Minister Amit Shah introduced three redrafted bills, namely the Bharatiya Nyaya (Second) Sanhita (BNS), the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha (Second) Sanhita’s re-drafting, and also The Unified Steps to Improve Democracy. These were placed for debate in Lok Sabha
Hema Malini says these three laws are obsolete; they are themselves more than 200 years old. They were made by the British for their own protection as a colonial regime to maintain social stability. In new India such prehistoric concerns no longer exist, nor need they now be resurrected in legislation, which could lead only to chaos and confusion!
The BJP MP from Mathura says that New India is tending towards a developed India.
She says that while Modi ji is taking India to greater heights in the world, Shah works tirelessly behind the scenes, making sure there’s peace and justice everywhere.
Hema Malini raised forcefully the issue of animal cruelty and said that it was ruled by a law passed over 60 years ago.
She said that as these laws were brought in to protect the rights of citizens and make a crime-free Bharat, so for animals too, the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act has been abolished and something new laid down.
