Feb-24, Prime Minister Narendra Modi asserted on Saturday that the Congress party cannot think beyond dynasties, appeasement, and corruption. Congress’s thinking was only about forming a government, while the development of the country was never on the agenda.
Prime Minister Modi virtually addressed the ‘Vikshit Bharat Vikshit Chhattisgarh’ program attended by Bharatiya Janata Party leaders from across the state at the district headquarters. Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leaders, and officials attended the main event held at Buddha Talab Indoor Stadium in Raipur.
Prime Minister Modi also laid the foundation stone for 10 development projects worth over Rs 34,400 crore, ensuring that Chhattisgarh will enjoy new development opportunities as India becomes the world’s third largest economy in the next five years.
“The people who ruled this country for a long time after independence continued to make decisions based on their political interests without thinking about the big picture. The Congress was voted to power many times but forgot to build the future of the country,” the Prime Minister said.
Their (Congress) thinking was only about forming a government, while the development of the country was never on the agenda, he said.
“The dasha and disha (situation and direction) of the Congress today are the same as before. The Congress cannot think beyond dynasties, corruption, and appeasement. I can’t think of my family. But for Modi, you are his family. Their dream is Prime Minister Modi’s will. That is why today I am talking about a developed India and a developed Chhattisgarh,” PM Modi said.
PM Modi said,” “This servant has given all 140 million Indians the assurance of dedication and hard work”, says the 2014 motto of Making every Indian proud of India’s image in the world. He said this while remembering his guarantee.
