Warner said winning this year’s World Cup in India was a big achievement, and he had been thinking about it for some time. I think it’s a huge accomplishment to overcome that and win against India.”

“So today I have made the decision to walk away from the form that has enabled me.” I’m going to play in other leagues around the world and somehow advance my one-day team a little bit. I know it is what it is.”The Champions Trophy is coming. If I’m playing decent cricket in two years and they need someone, I’ll be available.” He is Australia’s sixth-highest run scorer in the format, with 29 centuries, second only to former captain Ricky Ponting on the list of most tonnes by a countryman in ODIs. Ponting had played 205 more ODI innings than Warner.
