Feb-3, Young Indian batsman Yashasvi Jaiswal scored his maiden double century on the second day of the second Test against England in Visakhapatnam. Jaiswal, who started the day with an overnight score of 179, reached Double Century in style. 22 years old, Jaiswal is the third youngest Indian player after Vinod Kambli (21 years and 32 days) and Sunil Gavaskar (21 years and 277 days) to hit double Ton. Pakistan’s Javed Miandad topped the list by achieving this feat at the age of 19 years and 140 days.
Jaiswal hit his double century by smashing England debutant Shoaib Bashir with back-to-back boundaries.

Jaiswal scored 209 runs of 290 balls. Indian team was all out for 396 runs. James Andresen, Shoaib Bashir, and Rehan Ahmed took three wickets each for England.
England team started the innings well with openers Zak Crawley and Ben Duckett. Ben Duckett was dismissed by Kuldeep Yadav for 21 runs.
