JAN-28, Nitish Kumar arrived at Bihar Raj Bhawan this morning and submitted his resignation to Governor Rajendra Alrekar. The governor accepted his resignation and appointed him as acting CM. He was accompanied by ministers Vijendra Yadav and Sanjay Jha.
After resigning, Nitish Kumar said, “Today, I have resigned as the chief minister and have also told the governor to dissolve the state government. This situation has arisen because everything is not right. I was getting views from everyone. I listened to all of them. Today, the government was dissolved.
This move is a major blow to the Indi bloc, which had come together to corner Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the NDA-led central government.
