A video shared by Prime Minister Modi showed the two leaders hugging each other. Prime Minister Modi received a guard of honor upon his arrival.
PM Prime Minister Modi is on a two-day visit to Gulf countries. He will advance the strategic partnership between the two countries and hold comprehensive consultations with Gulf leaders to inaugurate the first Hindu temple. This is Prime Minister Modi’s seventh visit to the UAE since 2015.
“Over the past nine years, our cooperation with the UAE has grown in various areas such as trade and investment, defense and security, food and energy security, and education. It has grown many times over.” . “Our cultures and people-to-people ties are stronger than ever,” the prime minister said in a statement before departing for the UAE.
